Skull Base Fellowship program curriculum

Skull base fellows will participate in our weekly tumor board and lead monthly discussions at the multidisciplinary skull base conference. The fellows will provide clinical instruction to nurses, students and residents, and will present didactic lectures to residents on topics in skull base surgery. Fellows are expected to lead skull base anatomical dissections with residents in the microsurgical anatomy lab. 

Fellows will be mentored in developing the skills necessary to conduct clinical research in skull base surgery, with dedicated support in editing and biostatistics. They are expected to publish at least two manuscripts and attend national meetings with their findings. The program aims to equip fellows with the expertise to establish a focused, thematic area of research.
