Our new 2026–2030 Strategic Plan charts a course for the University of Louisville School of Medicine to lead in this changing landscape. Building on nearly two centuries of educating physicians and scientists, advancing discovery and improving health, the plan strengthens the connections between education, research and patient care. 

Guided by our mission, Educate – Discover – Heal: Scaling our impact to revitalize the health of Kentuckiana and beyond, we will prepare future leaders, pursue new avenues of discovery and translate knowledge into better health for the communities we serve.
