Since its inception in 1988, UofL's G.E.M.S. program has been a beacon for Kentucky's brightest aspiring physicians. This exclusive initiative offers high-achieving high school seniors a guaranteed seat in UofL's School of Medicine, contingent upon maintaining a 3.4 GPA, achieving MCAT scores at or above the national mean and full participation in program activities.
