Our PGY4 residents are now at the helm, balancing advanced clinical decision-making with the final preparations for independent practice. The Class of 2028 is ready for what's next.

During the fourth year, the psychiatry and behavioral sciences residents are mostly completing electives and inpatient rotations. While on the inpatient unit, they get practice running the unit as if they were the attending.
