UofL Department of Medicine Awards Day recognizes DOM trainees, faculty

The University of Louisville Department of Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency Program presented the annual Department of Medicine Awards Day on May 28, 2026, honoring the trainees, faculty and staff who maintained a strong commitment to medical education over the past three years.
"We celebrate our graduating residents and fellows as they embark on the next chapter of their medical careers, and we recognize the achievements and dedication of our trainees and faculty who advance the mission of the Department of Medicine every day," Dr. Jennifer Olges, director of the UofL Internal Medicine Residency Program said.
Graduating members from the department's fellowship programs were also recognized, and wished well as they continue their medical careers in various academic and private practice opportunities.
