Overview
It is our mission to train our residents to be practice-ready on day one of whatever career in emergency medicine they may choose. To meet this goal, we provide focused mentorship from faculty who are subject experts in multiple areas of emergency medicine, including toxicology, EMS, wilderness medicine, ultrasound, tactical medicine and many more.
Our residents are cultivated in an environment that allows for progressive responsibility. In this environment, it is an honor to care for patients that are not only clinically complex and diverse, but also socially diverse. Residents will grow from being able to manage their own patients to effectively managing a department.

2024-2025 Interview Season
We will be conducting both virtual and in-person interviews this year. We are doing 8 total virtual interview days, with both AM and PM options. We will be holding 2 total in-person interview days.
We are holding these in-person interviews to give the most applicants possible the chance to see our educational environment. With this in mind, if you have an educational completed a rotation with us, please elect to do a virtual interview.
There will be no preference or competitive advantage to doing either interview type. We encourage applicants to interview in whatever format they prefer. We will not be using this information in the ranking of applicants in any way and aside from being able to see our environment in person, the information contained within the interview day will be near identical.
We will only require 1 SLOE; however, more than 1 SLOE will be accepted. More than 1 SLOEs is highly encouraged if an away EM rotation is completed.
We encourage other letters of recommendation to supplement your ERAS application
This is optional and not mandatory
