Our Rotations
Our pediatric fellows experience various rotations, gaining expertise in many specialties while developing skills in clinical care, teaching and research.
- Pulmonology: 6 months (Norton Children's Hospital / Pediatric Pulmonology Clinic)
- Electives: 2 months (Norton Children's Hospital / Subspecialty clinics)
- Research: 3 months
- Vacation: 1 month
- Pulmonology: 5 months (Norton Children's Hospital / Pediatric Pulmonology Clinic)
- Electives: 1 month (Norton Children's Hospital / Subspecialty clinics)
- Research: 5 months
- Vacation: 1 month
- Pulmonology: 2 months (Norton Children's Hospital / Pediatric Pulmonology Clinic)
- Electives: 1 month (Norton Children's Hospital / Subspecialty clinics)
- Research: 8 months
- Vacation: 1 month
One month per year
- Fellows participate in guided research during clinic rotations and have dedicated months for independent research.
- Fellows are encouraged to identify research interests early and establish mentors.
- A published research paper is expected by graduation.
