Here at the University of Louisville Department of Pediatrics, we understand that the world of tomorrow will inherit the children of today. Because of that, we believe that ours is among the highest callings. 

Our vision is to create an inclusive environment that nurtures diversity among our faculty, staff, residents and fellows. We are transformational pediatric educators with a reach from infancy to retirement. Focused on innovation that creates change in pediatric health care, we emphasize collaborative research and quality improvement. Expert advocacy for children’s health equity locally, nationally and internationally is our driving force.
