Led by Dr. Jun Yan, our team explores innovative approaches to modulate immune responses, develop effective cancer vaccines and better understand the roles of B cells, T cells and tumor-derived exosomes in both cancer and autoimmune diseases. Our researchers investigate critical pathways in tumor immunity, inflammation and immunosuppressive mechanisms with the goal of developing next-generation therapies.
