How to Give
There are several ways to donate to the Hiram C. Polk, Jr., MD Department of Surgery, including opportunities to support research, teaching and patient care.
The Oxley Foundation has made a very generous challenge pledge to the Dr. Hiram C. Polk Research Endowment Fund. The Foundation has pledged to give $1 million to the Polk endowment and has issued a challenge to others to help match the gift.

Checks payable to the University of Louisville Foundation. In the memo, include the gift allocation (e.g., A specific school/college, scholarship etc.)
