Welcome

We are thrilled to share the exciting developments within our division. Our commitment to world-class research and top-notch medical education is matched by our dedication to providing exceptional care for diseases affecting the joints, muscles and bones, including musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions.

Our division is experiencing significant growth. This July, we will welcome our first new fellow since 2018 and introduce an advanced ultrasound machine to enhance our clinical operations. Under the guidance of Dr. David Armstrong, our fellowship program will offer comprehensive training in both basic and clinical disciplines, preparing fellows for careers as academic clinician educators, private practitioners, or physician-scientists.

Led by Dr. Housam Sarakbi, our clinical practice will benefit from new diagnostic equipment, enabling a range of diagnostic and ultrasound-guided injection procedures. These services will address joint pain, swelling, tendon or bursa problems and provide injections for conditions such as carpal tunnel, knee pain, Baker's cyst aspiration, hip joint injections and ganglion cyst aspirations.

Whether you have been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition or are seeking answers to unexplained joint pain and swelling, we are here to help you receive the treatment you need.
